Based on your goals we suggest daily macro and calorific targets in a simple to follow way. This information is encorporated into your training plan. Your coach will ask you to keep a food diary and will make on going suggestions to improve your nutritional intake.
Bespoke Fitness Program
Your detailed training program is hand crafted every 6 weeks following a consultation by your coach. We call the 6 week program a training phase and each phase will be different to push your body in ways you didn’t think possible. It also allows us to make sure you are getting enough essential recovery. This unique training method is tried and test with the pros and ultimately helps you reach your goals faster.
1 -on- 1 Support With Your Coach
Your coach is available to chat via email & text at all times. We aim to build a relationship that allows us to provide the best advice tailored to you. Your coach will arrange a Skype call at the end of each 6 week training phase to prepare for the next.
